I offer calm, compassionate coaching for anyone moving through emotionally complex seasons. Whether you are grieving a loss, leaving a relationship, rebuilding after heartbreak, facing family court stress, or trying to find yourself again after years of carrying too much, this is a space where you can be heard, supported, and guided forward with clarity.

My sessions are reflective, supportive, and practical. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and rebuild clarity, confidence, and self trust.
